5. How long do we keep your information?

7. Do we collect information from minors?

In short, we do not knowingly collect data from, or market data to, children under the age of 18.

We do not solicit or market data from children under the age of 18. By using the Services, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age or that you are the parent or guardian of such a minor and that you consent to the use of the Services by such minor in your care. If we learn that personal information of users under the age of 18 has been collected, we will deactivate the account and take reasonable steps to promptly remove such data from our records. 9. Data breach

A breach of privacy occurs when there is unauthorized access, collection, use, disclosure or disposal of personal information. You will be notified of data breaches if Centre de Golf Fabreville finds that you are likely to be at risk of serious harm. For example, if a data breach is likely to result in serious financial harm or harm to your mental or physical well-being. In the event that Centre de Golf Fabreville becomes aware of a security breach that has resulted or may result in unauthorized access, use or disclosure of personal information, Centre de Golf Fabreville will promptly investigate the matter and notify the relevant supervisory authority no later than 72 hours after becoming aware of the breach, except in cases where the personal data breach is unlikely to result in a risk to the rights and freedoms of natural persons.

10. Do Not Track (DNT) policy.

Most web browsers, as well as some mobile operating systems and applications, include a function, or Do-Not-Track (“DNT”) setting, that you can activate to indicate your privacy preference, and thus refuse to have data on your online browsing activities monitored and logged. No uniform technological standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has yet been adopted. As a result, we currently do not respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. If a standard regarding online tracking is adopted in the future, we will inform you of our desire to comply with it in a revised version of this Privacy Policy.
